Willow Moon Publishing began in 2016 as a privately owned publishing company, in order to give legitimacy to the books self- published by Jodi Stapler and her mother. After a year of being in business; Jodi was asked by a friend to help publish her stories. A few months passed, word spread, and others began to seek help.
Jodi decided to research, study and learn the ins and outs of the independent publishing business in order to provide an outlet for talented writers and access to quality books that all too often are overlooked by the big publishing companies.
As a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association, Willow Moon Publishing is a Traditional Publishing Company and has published 26 books as of Nov 2019. We continually grow and change with the market with the authors’ success at the center of everything we do.
At this time, we are unable to pay author advances, but we do not charge authors any fees to create, design, edit and publish their book. All of WMP books are available internationally with big bookstores such as Barnes & Noble, and Amazon, as well as to libraries, schools, and small independent bookstores, anywhere books can be found. Authors receive a 30% net royalty on all books sold.
Our goal is to help authors share their engaging, dynamic, and compelling stories with the world.
